Variation of soil microbiome along a gradient of pastureland types in a volcanic island

We compared the microbial communities of three types of pasturelands in Sao Miguel Island (Azores), within a gradient of management intensity, from intensive to extensive: i) forage corn intra annual rotation (CR); ii) permanent pasture (PE) and iii) semi-natural pasture (SN), in a total of 27 sites.
