Antimicrobial Usage for Dogs and Cats in Australia

This data describes the population data of antimicrobial usage for companion animals between 2013-2017 inclusive. It was created using VetCompass Australia by applying the algorithms described in the paper "Describing the antimicrobial usage patterns of companion animal veterinary practices; free text analysis of more than 4.4 million consultation records" and with the code available freely.
