Purchases of open-ended activities for elderly care, divided by gross costs less internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions for elderly care. Multiply by 100 for accounting as a percentage. Refers to the purchase of a coherent service – not the purchase of goods, materials or rental costs. Refers to the purchase of all activities by external producers, e.g. associations and other foundations, other companies, municipal-owned enterprises, state, individuals, other municipalities, associations and regions.

老年护理开放式服务采购额，以毛成本扣除内部收入及向其他市镇与地区的老年护理销售所得后的余额为分母进行计算；将计算结果乘以100即可转换为百分比形式。本统计范畴特指一体化服务采购，不包含商品、物料或租赁成本的采购；统计范围覆盖外部服务提供者提供的全部相关服务采购，外部服务提供者包括各类协会与基金会、其他企业、市属企业、政府部门、个人、其他市镇、各类协会及地区机构。
