Microbial diversity of soybeans under alkaline stress and JA-Ile treatment

The microbial diversity in the rhizosphere and root of soybeans under different treatments was determined. The treatments include CK, control; AS, alkaline stress; JAS, alkaline stress + JA-Ile treatment. Set up 5 biological replicates. The rhizosphere samples of the CK treatment group include G_CK1, G_CK2, G_CK3, G_CK4, and G_CK5. The rhizosphere samples of the AS treatment group include G_AS1, G_AS2, G_AS3, G_AS4, and G_AS5. The rhizosphere samples of the JAS treatment group include G_JAS1, G_JAS2, G_JAS3, G_JAS4, and G_JAS5. The root samples of the CK treatment group include R_CK1, R_CK2, R_CK3, R_CK4, and R_CK5. The root samples of the AS treatment group include R_AS1, R_AS2, R_AS3, R_AS4, and R_AS5. The root samples of the JAS treatment group include R_JAS1, R_JAS2, R_JAS3, R_JAS4, and R_JAS5.
