Parhyale hawaiensis regenerating leg (demo dataset)

This is a demo dataset for the ELEPHANT tracking software stored in the BigDataViewer format (HDF5/XML). The dataset is a short subset of a live imaging of a regenerating leg of the crustacean Parhyale hawaiensis acquired on Zeiss LSM 800 confocal microscope. Please see the paper for details.
