Properties and functions of transcriptionally distinct enteric neurons

In our study, we perform single-cell RNA-seq from various genotypes. These different genotypes allow for isolation of all enteric neurons, excitatory enteric neurons, or inhibitory enteric neurons. We also provide single-cell RNA seq for the celiac-mesenteric ganglia, which is home to sympathetic neurons that innervate the intestine.
