This dataset represents riparian habitats mapped during the Tucson Stormwater Management Study Phase II. Riparian habitats are areas along rivers, streams, and wetlands, providing critical support for biodiversity and ecosystem services in Tucson. Purpose To identify and manage riparian habitats in Tucson, supporting environmental preservation and habitat conservation. Dataset Classification Level 0 – Open Known Uses Used for habitat conservation, environmental planning, and ecosystem management. Known Errors Data may be outdated as it reflects riparian conditions from the mid-1990s.
