We aimed to quantify transcript and isoform expression in the thymus of nine inbred mouse strains: A/J, AKR/J, BALB/cJ, C3H/HeJ, C57BL/6J, CBA/J, DBA/2J, LP/J, 129S6/SvEvTac-Atmtm1Awb/J. Each strain has varying degrees of susceptibility to PreT Lymphoma and we hypothesized that constitutive thymic gene expression may explain some of the differences in susceptibility.
