Rhizosphere bacterial community associated with Paspallum regnellii genotype submitted to different phytotechnical managements

In this study we analyzed the diversity of Paspallum regnellii genotype root-associated bacteria through 16S library sequencing (Ilumina). We aimed to find out the main groups of bacteria associated with the different phytotechnical managements of this grass, as part of a strategy to develop inoculants for pastures.
