NGS Single cell genotyping of human hematopoietic stem cells isolated from patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms and normal controls, in parallel with single-cell RNA-sequencing using TARGET-seq. The aim of this study is to identify somatic 'driver' mutations in the stem and progenitor cell compartment of these patients, and correlate them to transcriptional signatures. This dataset includes only NGS single cell genotyping files.
