The dorsal skin tissue of Paramisgurnus dabryanus was measured by RNA-seq, and transcriptome data of 9 samples in 3 groups were obtained. The three treatment groups are SY group (intact), WY group (bilateral ophthalmectomy) and WYG group (bilateral ophthalmectomy with illumination). Use transcriptome data to analyze the characteristics of their body color changes in the process of adapting to a white background.
