Transcriptomic Study of DEF Cells Infected by DTMUV

To explore the innate immune-related pathways activated by DTMUV in host cells. DEFs were infected with DTMUV and harvested at 16 and 24 hpi, respectively. Total RNAs were extracted and subjected to transcriptomic analysis. DEFs treated with UV-DTMUV were included as a mock control. The expression of host genes from the infected and mock-treated cells was normalized to the internal GAPDH transcript, and the ratio of each transcript at each time point was calculated and presented under the threshold of p-value < 0.05 and |log2 (fold change)| > 1.
