资源简介:
Ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) and ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) can drive soil nitrification in wetlands. During the restoration of wetland, different types of land use soils (agriculture soil (AS), restored wetland soil (RS), and wetland soil (WS)) were present. The differences exist in nitrification and community composition of AOA and AOB in different types of land use soils formed in wetlands.
