Title:Curated DrugMatrix FAIR Update In Vitro Bioactivity Dataset (v1.0) Description:This dataset represents the fully merged and curated DrugMatrix in vitro bioactivity dataset produced through the DrugMatrix FAIR Update Project.It integrates > 229 000 bioactivity records across 132 in vitro assays, capturing compound identifiers, targets, endpoints, units, and assay metadata, together with harmonized ontology annotations (BAO, BTO, UBERON, Cellosaurus).The dataset unifies experimental data from Eurofins Panlabs, Eurofins Discovery, and DrugMatrix archival sources into a single FAIR-compliant structure to be published in the ChEMBL database. Data follow UTF-8 text encoding. Cells without data are intentionally left blank.
