Accredited public bodies Credit Tax Research Collaboration (CICO)

In order to be able to report the Research Collaborative Tax Credit (RCTC), a company that establishes a collaboration agreement with a public body must ensure that the public body has received a certificate for the Collaborative Research Tax Credit (CICO). The company must also ensure the eligibility of the expenses that will be declared. The list of recognised CICO organisations is indicative. Since it is not enforceable against the administration, this list cannot serve as justification and replace the approval decision granted by the Ministry in charge of research.
