Supporting data for "Public Health and Epidemiological Considerations in the Control of Epidemic and Pandemic Respiratory Infections"

This dataset contains the disease activity of SARS-CoV-2 in Hong Kong from the our established surveillance system, from March 2022 to 2023. This data is used in the thesis to measure the daily point prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 activity in Hong Kong and to explore the impact of control measures during the fifth waves. Data for other Chapters are authorized by the primary supervisor, the data will not be uploaded and this has been approved by the primary supervisor.

本数据集收录了自2022年3月起，根据我方建立的监测系统所采集的香港地区SARS-CoV-2病毒疾病活动情况，直至2023年。该数据在论文中被用于衡量香港地区SARS-CoV-2病毒活动每日的点现患率，并探究第五波疫情期间防控措施的影响。其他章节的数据已获得主要指导教师的授权，数据将不会上传，此事宜已得到主要指导教师的批准。
