We report a single nuclei RNA-seq of mouse total striatum to identify gene expression changes in males and female between WT and 16p11.2 hemideletion. We performed single nuclei RNA-sequencing from total striatum of 4 groups: WT males (sample 795 and 809), 16p11.2 del/+ males (sample 796 and 807), WT females (sample 798 and 803), and 16p11.2 del/+ females (sample 806 and 811).
本研究报道了小鼠全纹状体的单细胞核RNA测序(single nuclei RNA-seq)数据集,旨在鉴定野生型(Wild Type,简称WT)与16p11.2半缺失(16p11.2 hemideletion)小鼠雌雄个体间的基因表达差异。我们对4组小鼠的全纹状体开展了单细胞核RNA测序,分组情况如下:野生型雄性小鼠(样本编号795、809)、16p11.2 del/+雄性小鼠(样本编号796、807)、野生型雌性小鼠(样本编号798、803)以及16p11.2 del/+雌性小鼠(样本编号806、811)。
