Identification of differentially expressed genes in Chronic Kidney Disease

There are currently no effective treatments for renal fibrosis of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Therefore, this study constructed an animal model of CKD and identified differentially expressed genes in renal tissues of CKD animal models using RNA-seq. The aim is to provide potential molecular mechanisms for the treatment of CKD.
目前针对慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease,CKD)所致肾纤维化尚无有效治疗手段。为此,本研究构建了CKD动物模型,并通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术鉴定了该模型肾组织中的差异表达基因,旨在为CKD的治疗提供潜在的分子机制依据。
