Hydrogeological constraint

The purpose of the hydrogeological protection of the territory is to prevent the land from suffering from deprivation, loss of stability or disturbing the water regime as a result of forms of use contrary to the provisions of the Law. At present, the central Directorate for Agricultural, Natural and Forest Resources is responsible for this. Before starting any work involving the transformation of the soils into bound territory, it is advisable to consult the competent Forestry Station for the territory.This dataset terminates the regional territory subject to restrictions in accordance with the original legislation.
