Single cell analysis of SIV-infected Rhesus macaque lymph nodes

Lymph nodes from two SIV-infected Rhesus macaques naturally infected with Rhesus Lymphocryptovirus. At necropsy, two lymph nodes were taken from each animal, one deemed "normal" and one "abnormal". After pathological analysis, the two lymph nodes from animal 31911 were found to have lymphoid hyperplasia. One lymph node from animal 31386 was clinically unremarkable while the other was considered B-cell lymphoma.
