Survey of quality of life and satisfaction with public services in the city of Madrid (series)

The purpose of the survey is to know the opinion of citizens over 18 years of age residing in Madrid about the quality of life and the most important problems of the city, as well as their satisfaction with the facilities, the actions and the municipal services provided. The first survey was conducted in 2006, following an annual periodicity until 2009. For budgetary reasons, the survey was conducted neither in 2010 nor 2011, and resumed in 2012 on a biennial basis until 2016, and again on an annual basis from this year onwards.
