资源简介:
Decision making is a crucial cognitive skill required for everyday tasks. In a rapidly growing era of technology as today, immediate and accurate decision making is ideal. While and individual may utilize rational and analytical decision making, it consumes time and requires facts and figures, which may be a limitation when taking everyday decisions. Intuitive decision making on the other hand is a quick process facilitated by prompt integration of experiences, facts and figures, require short time and enhanced focus. Exercise has been shown to improve cognitive skills, so it holds potential in improving intuition as well. Therefore, we are interested in observing the long-term impact of exercise of intuitive decision making capability in individuals who perform high-intensity, treadmill based exercise. In the current study, we will be observing Intuitive decision making scores before and after 34 sessions of high-intensity treadmill based exercise. unknown other
