Compensation areas

Data on compensation areas are recorded in accordance with the provisions of § 4 (4) HAGBNatSchG and § 4 of the Compensation Ordinance (KV) in the NATUREG productive system of the State of Hesse. This is done by directly entering or importing supplied data. Information on compensation areas must be transmitted to the Nature Conservation Information System and the NATUREG Central Register in accordance with Section 4 of the HAGBNatSchG and Section 4 of the Compensation Ordinance. This also applies and in particular to the completeness and up-to-dateness of the data.The respective authorities issuing the decision are responsible for the accuracy of the data. They are also contact persons for information on the nature, status, scope and execution of the measures.依据黑森州《自然保护法实施法》（HAGBNatSchG）第4条第4款及《补偿条例》（KV）第4条之规定，补偿区域的相关数据已录入黑森州NATUREG生产系统。数据录入方式包括直接手动填报或导入外部提供的数据集。依据《自然保护法实施法》第4条与《补偿条例》第4条之规定，补偿区域的相关信息必须报送至自然保护信息系统及NATUREG中央登记处。此项报送要求同样适用于数据的完整性与时效性，且尤为强调需保障数据的完整性与时效性。作出相应行政决定的主管机关对数据的准确性承担全部责任，同时亦是有关措施的性质、现状、范围及执行情况等信息的咨询对接主体。
