This dataset contains the percentages of gated cells identified by flow cytometry analysis for the different phases of the cell cycle (G0-G1, S, G2-M) and the different types of cell death (early apoptosis, late apoptosis and necrosis) in early-passage and late-passage equine induced mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (n = 3) and in early-passage and late-passage equine bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (n = 3).
