This dataset contains integrated multiomic single-cell profiles, including RNA expression, antibody-derived tag (ADT) measurements, and T-cell receptor (TCR) sequences, from patients diagnosed with Sjögren’s syndrome (SjS) and systemic sclerosis (SSc). The data are provided as: A Seurat object containing: Raw counts for all modalities (RNA, ADT,) Comprehensive metadata including sample identifiers, tissue origin, and curated cell type annotations A clonal annotation dataframe mapping TCR sequences to clonotypes as separate dataframe which can be merged with Seurat object. Raw counts for each modality can be extracted directly from the Seurat object and processed using standard single-cell analysis frameworks such as Seurat (R) or Scanpy (Python). The dataset is suitable for downstream analyses including cell type classification, clonal tracking, and integrated multiomic workflows.
