资源简介:
"Total 324 bags of B-mode ultrasound and CEUS images for Ovarian Tumor, including paired B-mode ultrasound and CEUS, and unpaired B-mode ultrasound. For paired B-mode ultrasound and CEUS, the lesion regions were outlined on CEUS. All unpaired B-mode ultrasound images were delineated. The detailed description is as follows. In total, 324 paired B-mode and CEUS images, along with corresponding unpaired multi-view B-mode scans, were retrospectively collected from 293 patients at Center A between September 2020 and August 2024. The patient age ranged from 15 to 91 years (mean 47.0 \u00b1 14.0 years). This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Center A (Approval No. [2022] KYXXX-XX), and written informed consent was obtained from all participants. The inclusion criteria were defined as follows: (1) an initial diagnosis of an ovarian tumor with an ultrasound examination performed within two weeks prior to surgery; (2) availability of definitive postoperative histopathological confirmation; and (3) complete imaging and clinical records. Patients were excluded based on the following criteria: (1) tumors of non-ovarian origin; (2) receipt of radiotherapy or chemotherapy prior to surgery; and (3) poor image quality or incomplete clinical data. Ultrasound examinations were performed using Mindray NUEWA R9, Philips EpiQ7 and Philips EpiQ5 systems equipped with endocavitary (C9-5, 5-9 MHz) and abdominal (C5-1, 1-5 MHz) probes. Transvaginal scanning was primarily utilized for smaller lesions, whereas a combined transvaginal and transabdominal approach was adopted for larger masses. Conventional B-mode ultrasound was employed to assess key morphological features, including lesion location, size, boundary, and internal echogenicity. For cystic masses, specific attention was given to the presence of septations, papillary projections, and solid components. Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI) was additionally utilized to evaluate intralesional blood flow and its spatial distribution. Subsequently, CEUS examinations were conducted utilizing SonoVue (Bracco, Italy) as the contrast agent in accordance with standard clinical protocols. Dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging was continuously recorded for a minimum of 90 seconds, with extended observation up to 5 minutes when necessary. The CEUS evaluation focused on enhancement timing, intensity, spatial distribution, peripheral rim enhancement, and washout patterns."
