By analyzing the tiered data of polyester fabric purchasers, enterprises can understand the procurement scale and bargaining power of purchasers at all levels. This helps enterprises formulate more reasonable procurement pricing strategies based on purchasers' purchase volumes when negotiating with suppliers, thereby achieving cost savings. The data can also help enterprises evaluate the supply capacity, product quality and service level of different suppliers. Enterprises can select more suitable suppliers and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships based on the needs and feedback of purchasers at all levels. 1. Data Collection: Export the monthly purchase details of polyester fabrics purchased from our company by various purchasers nationwide via the Inventory and Purchase Management System (Kingdee Supply Chain Cloud). 2. Data Processing: Take the purchaser ID as the unique identifier, and perform operations such as data cleaning, removing invalid data and outlier data. 3. Data Enrichment: Calculate the number of days E from a purchaser's latest purchase to the end of the current month using the LOOKUP function; calculate the number of purchases D in the current month using the COUNTIF function; calculate the total purchase amount P in the current month using the SUMIF function. If the number of days from the purchaser's latest purchase to the end of the current month is greater than or equal to the average number of purchase days in the current month, the tiered value of E is 1; if it is less than the average number of purchase days, the tiered value of E is 0. Similarly, calculate the tiered values of D and P respectively by comparing the number of purchases and total purchase amount with their respective averages. Then, classify purchasers into 8 tiers according to the EDP model tiering rules, namely: Important Value Customers (EDP=111), Important Retention Customers (EDP=101), Important Development Customers (EDP=011), Important Win-back Customers (EDP=001), General Value Customers (EDP=110), General Retention Customers (EDP=100), General Development Customers (EDP=010), and General Win-back Customers (EDP=000). 4. Data Application: The tiered data of polyester fabric purchasers is applied in supply chain management and optimization, procurement strategy formulation, market analysis and forecasting, risk assessment and response.
