根据《建筑与边坡工程技术规范》(GB50330)的规范文件以及湖北、湖南、贵州等省会的地方公路边坡管理监测的地方标准,经过对梅州市蕉岭县普通国省道公路的边坡现场勘察调研后,选取S332线的“径子陂”边坡作为边坡监测对象。 总结出边坡健康安全监测数据应包含边坡表面位移、倾角加速度和雨量实时监测数据。针对每类数据指标,建设相应设备进行监测:采用雨量计监测降雨量,采用GNSS工作站监测边坡的表面位移和倾角加速度,采用枪球一体机监控边坡全景。本数据集合主要包含径子陂边坡的降雨量监测数据。 根据公路事务中心对边坡监测业务的管理需求和边坡健康安全监测项特点,建立边坡的预警机制:设置预警分级和预警闻值,通过分析各类边坡监测数据,按预警数量、特殊气象或地质变化,对异常的指标参数触发实时预警;建立一图统管机制:通过实时视频的AR功能融合传感器点位和监测数据,实现边坡监测可视化,为边坡健康风险趋势研判提供科学依据。通过两项机制,实现公路交通运行、设施状态智能感知,防范化解公路可能的风险隐患,提升边坡监测效能,有力保障道路安全。

Following on-site investigation and research on slopes of national and provincial highways in Jiaoling County, Meizhou City, the "Jingzibi" slope along the S332 line was selected as the monitoring object, in accordance with the Technical Code for Building and Slope Engineering (GB50330) and local standards for highway slope management and monitoring in Hubei, Hunan, Guizhou and other provinces. It is concluded that slope health and safety monitoring data shall include real-time monitoring data of slope surface displacement, dip angle acceleration and rainfall. For each type of data index, corresponding monitoring equipment shall be deployed: a rain gauge for rainfall monitoring, a GNSS workstation for monitoring slope surface displacement and dip angle acceleration, and a gun-ball integrated camera for monitoring the overall panorama of the slope. This dataset mainly contains the rainfall monitoring data of the Jingzibi slope. In accordance with the management requirements of the slope monitoring business of the Highway Administration Center and the characteristics of slope health and safety monitoring items, a slope early warning mechanism is established: early warning classification and warning thresholds are set. By analyzing various types of slope monitoring data, real-time early warnings are triggered for abnormal index parameters based on the number of early warnings, special meteorological or geological changes. A unified management mechanism based on a single integrated map is established: the AR function of real-time video is used to fuse sensor locations and monitoring data, realizing the visualization of slope monitoring and providing a scientific basis for the assessment of slope health risk trends. Through the two mechanisms, intelligent perception of highway traffic operation and facility status is realized, potential highway risks and hidden dangers are prevented and resolved, slope monitoring efficiency is improved, and road safety is effectively guaranteed.
