Retinotopic Mapping fMRI data acquired 6 adult Long Evans Rats. Functional scans were acquired using a gradient-echo echo-planar imaging (GE-EPI) sequence (TE/TR = 12/1500 ms, FOV = 20.5 × 20.5 mm<sup>2</sup>, resolution = 227 × 227 μm<sup>2</sup>, slice thickness = 788 μm, 8 slices covering the visual pathway, flip angle = 15º). The animals underwent a total of 6 runs of the retinotopic stimulus, each run taking 7 min and 39 s to acquire (306 repetitions).
