This dataset contains materials available as supplementary materials to accompany the study titled "Exploring the Role of Blended ELTeach Training and Institutional Support in Promoting the Professional Confidence of Indonesian NNESTs". These resources support the transparency and reproducibility of the research.Included in this dataset is:🔹 Supplementary Material AEthical Clearance Letter from the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), confirming that the study has passed ethical review and outlining researcher obligations.🔹 Supplementary Material BSelf-Assessment Instrument for ELT Professional Confidence.This document includes a comprehensive rating scale adapted from ELTeach Teacher’s Reference Book, used to assess teachers’ confidence in:Using English for teaching (e.g., classroom management, assessment, feedback)Professional knowledge (e.g., language learning theories, vocabulary, grammar, speaking, listening, reading, writing).🔹 Supplementary Material CInstitutional Support QuestionnaireA Likert-scale survey instrument adapted from Guskey (2000) to assess perceived institutional support for professional development.
