Effects of Hnf4a deletion in the nephron lineage during kidney development

The goal of our study is to determine if Hnf4a is required for the formation of proximal tubules during kidney development. Method: Hnf4a floxed allele was deleted in the nephron lineage using Six2GFPcre. Mouse embryonic kidneys at E18.5 were collected and subjected to RNA-seq analysis Examination of 4 groups; two controls (Hnf4a c/+ ; Six2GFPcre) and two mutants (Hnf4a c/c ; Six2GFPcre)本研究旨在明确肝细胞核因子4α（Hnf4a）是否为肾脏发育过程中近端小管形成所必需的基因。实验方法：利用Six2GFPcre工具在肾单位谱系中敲除Hnf4a的floxed等位基因；收集胚胎发育至E18.5的小鼠肾脏并开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析；随后对4组样本进行检测分析，包含2个对照组（Hnf4a c/+ ; Six2GFPcre）与2个突变组（Hnf4a c/c ; Six2GFPcre）
