WFS NW ALKIS Public Property

ATTENTION: On the basis of the secondary data at Geobasis NRW, a data inventory “Public property” is compiled through the evaluation of the memo owner information in conjunction with parcel geometries. This automated compilation takes into account the owners of the categories/owner types: Federal Republic of Germany (Type of values: 5100), circle (value type: 5400), municipality (value type: 5500), Own Land (Type of value: 5920), Other Land (Type of value: 6000). The parcels of which belong to one of these categories are selected, enriched with other attributes and provided through services. The attributes of owner, value type, parcel identification mark, booking sheet number, serial number, type of booking, official area (in m²), quality and timeliness are retrieved exactly to the floor. If a parcel has more than one owner, e.g. because of a building right, apartment/part ownership, etc., these are additionally issued via the factual data query. Non-public owners are anonymised and the value type attribute is not filled. In case of possible abnormalities in the data stock, we ask for notification. The data have the following quality levels: Quality A includes owners whose classification in one of the categories Federal Republic of Germany (5100), County (5400), Municipality (5500), Own Land (5920) or Other Land (6000) has been registered by the cadastral authorities. Quality B includes owners whose ownership name has been found in quality A without a correct classification to a category by the cadastral authorities. Quality C includes owners who were assigned to public property by Geobasis NRW after text analysis of the owner’s name. Quality D includes further anonymised owners who, in addition to the public property defined by Geobasis NRW, have ownership rights in the parcels. The underlying data shall be updated every six months. The data is up to date 01.01.2022.
