This set of data describes, the communal composition by pluis (Local Plan of Intercommunal Urbanism Sectoral), the procedures under preparation or revision of the current rain and those that are approved. The elementary data for year N are produced by the departmental directorates of the territories in January N+ 1 and decided on 31 December N (by 2019). The vintage dataset is usually produced in March after a verification process, including their completeness, consistency with the GOC of the year. However, very specific inaccuracies remain possible.
