Title:    Analysis of the T1 generation of LPPS and CPPS Nicotiana tabacum plants
Description:    The purpose of this assay is to analyze the lavandulol, chrysanthemol and other monoterpenoids derivatives production in the generated T1 transgenic plants of Nicotiana tabacum after transformation with the LPPS or CPPS gene. The analysis of monoterpenoid production was performed by HSPME, and a growth phenotyping of plants was also performed.
