Nike 2001 Wage Structure Dataset — Full 51-Country Reconstruction

This dataset contains the complete wage and workforce data reported by Nike, Inc. in its FY01 Corporate Responsibility Report (Nike, 2001), and Nike, INC Annual Report on Form 10-k, expanded to include all 51 countries in the original report. For nine countries where Nike did not disclose average gross wages, values were reconstructed using standardised imputation procedures (see sheet 'Wage_Data', column 'Data_Source', and the associated paper for full methodological details). All monetary values are expressed in USD/month as of 2001.

The dataset also includes Nike's FY2001 consolidated financial results (sheet 'Nike_Financials_FY2001'), which form the basis of the wage-increase simulations reported in the paper.
