Aim of the experiment was to study the role of gonadectomy and testosterone treatment on liver gene expression of male mice. Gonadectomized male mice received infusion of testosterone or vehicle, and liver was used to perform RNAseq analysis. Overall design: 4-week-old WT C57BL/6J male mice were gonadectomized and received a continuous infusion of testosterone or vehicle for 2 weeks starting at 8 weeks of age.
