资源简介:
Bacterial communities in drinking water sampled in 7 different locations and and 9 biofilm samples in a simulated drinking water distribution systems were compared through pyrosequencing analysis of 16S rRNA amplicons. The majority of bacteria in drinking water were affiliated with Alphaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Bacilli. The core bacteria in drinking water were from the family of Microbacteriaceae, Caulobacteraceae, Bradyrhizobiaceae, Sphingomonadaceae, Comamonadaceae, and Xanthomonadaceae. Pyrosequencing approach can be a promising tool for characterizing bacterial community in drinking water and providing insights into low abundance population which may uncover the existence of ecological functioned organisms.
