Dataset Accompanying "Direct Detection EELS Enables Native-State Mapping of Ceria", part 1 (Bare CeO2 and processed data)

A data repository to accompany "Direct Detection EELS Enables Native-State Mapping of Ceria" Files contain: Folders formatted as "Bare_Sample_Flux_N" - .hspy files of acquired low-loss EELS, high-loss EELS and ADF stacks/summed data for each CeO2 dataset. "ProcessedData" - .npy and .npz files of fitted spectrum images, and processed spectra. "ProcessingParams" - .csv files showing processing parameters for masking and fluence curve calculations.
