The novelty of English as a foreign language education is a crucial (or critical) issue in enhancing the quality of learning in developing and impoverished nations. Purpose of Study. The purpose of this study is to assess the existing gaps, novelty, and urgency of teaching English as a foreign language through the review of recent scientific literature in the year 2024. Relevant insights indicate a critical role of novelty in interactions, novel subject material, improved teaching methods and technology incorporation, and psychological approaches to enhance student motivation and engagement. But in developing countries the face of education is characterized by great difficulties, for instance, the lack of basic natural conditions, equipment and proper prepare teachers. Therefore, although variety really has potential in achieving many goals, this strategy must be made fitting for the local circumstance to provide the best returns. Based on these findings, this study offers guiding strategies for the use of novelties in English language teaching in a constrained learning environment.
