D'Ario_et_al_2021_NUP136_time_course

This dataset contains images of Arabidopsis shoot apical meristems expressing the nuclear membrane marker NUP136-GFP. These images have been used to study how nuclear volume is coordinated with cell growth in plants. The images have been segmented in three dimensions and tracked in time course experiments; cell volumes, nuclear volumes and position in the meristem have been measured. The metadata, landmark coordinates and measurement tables are included in the dataset. The details of plant material, imaging methods and processing steps are described in the associated manuscript.
