Aureococcus anophagefferens (Genome sequencing and assembly)

Genome re-sequencing of Aureococcus anophagefferens (CCMP1984) using hybrid Illumina and Nanopore sequencing as a part of the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation study of LGT.针对抑食金球藻（*Aureococcus anophagefferens*，菌株CCMP1984）的基因组重测序（Genome re-sequencing）工作采用Illumina与Nanopore混合测序技术完成，该工作作为戈登和贝蒂·摩尔基金会（Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation）侧向基因转移（Lateral Gene Transfer, LGT）研究的组成部分。
