We sequenced the putative pathogenicity chromosomes of Fusarium oxysporum from the CHEF gel from the donor and horizontal chromosome transfer (HCT) strains (DOI: 10.1111/1462-2920.15095). we first cut the putative pathogenicity chromosome bands from the gel and isolated DNA from the gel pieces for sequencing. In total, 11 bands from eight strains were sequenced, including band loss_of_GFP#8_SC from loss_of_GFP#8, band HCT_loss_of_GFP#8_SC from HCT_loss_of_GFP#8, band loss_of_GFP#26_SC from loss_of_GFP#26, band HCT_loss_of_GFP#26_SC from HCT_loss_of_GFP#26, band loss_of_RFP#11_SC from loss_of_RFP#11, band loss_of_RFP#12_SC from loss_of_RFP#12, bands GFP#29_SC_L, GFP#29_SC_S, and loss_of_GFP#29_SC_XS from loss_of_GFP#29, bands HCT_loss_of_GFP#29_SC_L and HCT_vGFP#29_SC_S from HCT_loss_of_GFP#29. Most bands were successfully sequenced and contained sequences from the pathogenicity chromosome, as expected.
