Pluripotency and germline characteristics are important for the self-renew and differentiation of Primordial Germ Cells(PGCs). In this project, a mCherry gene was site-specific integrated into the 3'end of CDS from pluripotency-related gene Pou5f3. This site-specific integration in chicken PGCs was achieved via homology mediate end join (HMEJ) strategy based on CRISPR/Cas9 method. RNAseq data of these cell lines will reveal the influence of genomic site-specific integration via CRISPR method in PGCs, and contribute to the related researches in the future.
