Agronomic and Environmental Assessment of Cover Crops Project Data

This data set includes agronomic data (soil properties, cover crop biomass, and cash crop yields) collected from an experimental setup designed to investigate the effects of cover crop and tillage practices on soil properties and crop production in Illinois. The data collection begun in the spring of 2012 and spanned until the spring of 2017 at six sites across Illinois. This project was funded by IL Nutrient Research and Education Council (IL-NREC), Award No. 2013-03556- 01 “Agronomic and Environmental Assessment of Cover Crops in Illinois.”
