Clinical and molecular data of 729 Medulloblastoma patients for predictive modeling

This dataset includes comprehensive clinical and molecular information from 729 patients diagnosed with medulloblastoma. It was compiled to support the development and validation of predictive models for clinical outcomes. The data encompass: (1) baseline demographic and clinical characteristics (e.g., age at diagnosis, sex); (2) treatment informations (3) follow-up information, such as survival status and Disease-Free Survival; and (4) Molecular markers—OTX2, MYC, MYCN, and GLI1—dichotomized into high and low expression groups based on their median expression levels in tumor samples. This resource enables reproducible research into the prognostic and predictive roles of these biomarkers in medulloblastoma and may facilitate the refinement of risk-stratified therapeutic strategies.
