资源简介:
The green lacewing Chrysoperla sinica (Tjeder) (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae) is a common species throughout China, and has been widely recognized as an important natural predator of many different pests important to agriculture and forest. Adults of this species perform migration flights after emergence, which was affected by the mating status and age of C. sinica adults. Illumina RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to characterize differentially expressed genes (DEGs) at different ages and mating status in a single female strain of C. sinica. These comprehensive C. sinica transcriptomic data will provide a fundamental to further understand molecular mechanism underlying flight capacity in C. sinica.
