S2Map is an interactive online platform that visualizes and analyzes cell secretion-signal patterns at the single-cell level, focusing on the temporal dynamics of secreted proteins, such as cytokines. It incorporates novel metrics like the signal inequality index (SII) and signal coverage index (SCI) to measure signal dissymmetry and diffusion, offering insights into the regulation of cell secretion and immune cell phenotyping.
