Overcoming Data Loss in Wearable Disease Detection with GAN-Based Imputation

Contains anonymized raw heart rate (HR) and resting heart rate (RHR) time-series recordings for all 300 participants in the malaria cohort. Each participant’s data is provided as a separate ZIP archive covering the full study duration, collected using Garmin Vivosmart 5 wearable devices.These data support the findings reported in: Wallner J. et al.
