FLOOR MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material capable of improving connection strength and reducing generation of floor squeak without attaching another member such as a soft synthetic resin material. SOLUTION: A floor material 1 includes a male tongue 10 composed of a protrusion at least on one side end face in one direction， and a female tongue 20 composed of a recessed groove on another side end face. A thickness dimension of the male tongue 10 is made larger than a groove width dimension of the female tongue 20， and slits 12 substantially parallel to a bottom face of the floor material 1 are formed from a tip face 11 toward an inside of the male tongue 10.
