The strain was isolated from fruit tree rhizosphere soil in karst rocky desertification region and could efficiently dissolve phosphate.The sequence of the strain obtained by whole genome sequencing was used to analyze the genes related to phosphate solubilization and to better understand the mechanism of phosphate solubilization.
